The Training Officer is expected to perform his or her duties and interact with colleagues and customers in a professional manner befitting a member of a top-notch professional development team. The CalSTRS Disability and Survivor Benefits (DaSB) Division is seeking a motivated individual to work as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Systems, Training, Engagement and Projects (STEP) Unit.
The DaSB Division is responsible for administering two of CalSTRS’ core benefits. Disability Services provides benefits to CalSTRS members who, due to a disability, are unable to perform their usual duties.
