Director of Membership - Jason Roberts

Jason has been working in talent development in the Sacramento area for about 10 years now. In that time, he’s held roles from program coordinator all the way to lead consultant and trainer. He’s printed materials and put together binders for small one-off classes, and he’s designed and delivered multi-day cohort-based programs for large organizations. Throughout his career, Jason has been a part of a few different groups of professionals that desire to create a community around our work. He feels he does his best work when he can collaborate with other professionals. He gets better both through learning from others, and from sharing his experience. This region has a vast amount of talent, and through the public and private sector organizations based here there is a huge opportunity to influence positive change in the region and beyond. Jason would like to see the Sacramento chapter of ATD grow as a thriving community that brings our local professionals together to help us all bring our best work to this region – and he’d like to be a small part of making that happen.

His, along with his wife's, expertise in budgeting and finance was gained through raising five children, including twins! This will undoubtedly aid in his commitment to achieving the goal of making sound and prudent financial decisions to enrich the lives of ATD Sacramento members.
