VIP is seeking a candidate to support Military Department (CA National Guard) training needs. Below is a breakdown of responsibilities. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Clearance.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

• Secret security clearance required
• Experience with Microsoft applications and office 2013
• Experience with virtual classroom training
• Advanced expertise and experience with technology and educational development as it relates to DL, and synthesizes highly specialized aspects of multiple fields, including educational technology, computer automation and telecommunications.
• Has expertise and experience with research and analysis to obtain vendors and internal sources of training, commensurate with training needs
• Has expertise and experience analyzing, extracting and identifying significant DL trends and issues.
• Has advanced expertise and experience in developing training materials through the analysis of educational and instructional problems and questions.

 

User Training Course Responsibilities

 

• Maintain & develop proficiency as required
• Microsoft Applications (Base)
• Office 2013 (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher & Word)
• Windows 7 and transition to Windows 10 operating systems
• Activity and issues within the military .mil network

 

Military Department Applications

 

• VMware Horizon (Software application for network connectivity)
• WebEx (Audio & Video presentation package)
• APAN (Community based presentation package, non-audio)
• DCO (Defense Connection) DOD presentation package, no-audio)
• Develop, publish and manage all J6 User Training Course requirements
• Create class schedules & lesson plans
• Develop individual class curricula
• Publish class schedules
• Maintain submissions
• Network connectivity & virtual classroom/audio link platforms stability
• Present individual classes
• Provide responses to post-class questions &concerns
• Review & Update new material and User classroom input

 

Administrative Requirements

 

• Manage Formsite Issues
• Create & maintain all onsite forms
• Distributed Learning Classroom, Video & Audio requests
• Defense Collaborative Services (DCS) requests
• J6 User Training requests
