Freelance Trainer - Sacramento, CA

Looking for someone local (Sacramento) to help create a CBT.  Must be knowledgeable with programs to create a web based training class. We have Articulate Storyline - that is our preferred program to us.  Will be a remote assignment but will need to be able to meet in the area (Folsom-Sac area).  Looking to have complete by Mid-Late August.
