Description

 Provides the overall collateral design strategy for Enterprise Learning and Development products and services. Designs, organizes, and delivers print collateral and drives development of optimal standards and architecture for program level marketing and stakeholder communications across the org. Develops visual aids, coordinates materials and assists with classroom facilitation for face to face immersion sessions. Keeps informed of industry leading research: design, print collateral, effective material creation, methods, and techniques. Requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. 

Qualifications

 At a minimum you must possess a BA or BS degree in Design or graphic communications and at least 10 years of experience as a Instructional Designer/Developer.


A Masters Degree is preferred.
