Closing the Trust Gap: The Ethical Imperative of Strong Workplace Cultures

January 22, 2025 • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Virtual Event

If trust is so important for personal and professional relationships, why is it in such short supply? If trust is an inarguable universal truth, why does it seem so difficult to define and even more difficult to measure? If trust is vital for employee retention, team productivity, and a healthy workplace culture, why is there a growing epidemic of distrust in all industries? In this session, Cory Scheer (Ed.D., EMBA), will share the consequential truth about employee trust and how to take action on it.

You’ll discover:

  • The current data on leadership and organizational trust from The National Survey on Brand and Trust and specific ways that trust breaks down in organizations.
  • Specific ways that trust is built in organizations.
  • An empirically proven framework called the Structure of Trust that helps organizations assess and take action on building trust in tactical ways.
