How will you deliver the needed content to learners in a hybrid environment? Learning and development is rapidly changing. In this course we explore the pros and cons of options available. We will identify the methods best for learners whether they are working remotely or in a physical office. Please come to class with a training program in mind.

Learning Objectives:

• List methods available for training delivery.
• Identify the best method for your content.
• Select the most feasible combination of training strategies.
• Identify advantages and disadvantages of hybrid and blended methods.
• Explore methods to ensure course engagement.

Audience:
It is recommended that trainers have completed Fundamentals for Training or an equivalent course.

Technology Requirements:

This session will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in instructions will be sent upon registration. 

About the Speaker:

Katrina Kennedy is known to the training community as “the trainer’s trainer” and specializes in helping trainers design and deliver learning events that transfer to improved job performance. She has provided training, coaching, and keynotes to organizations since 1997.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
