Have you been asked to create training? Are you overwhelmed thinking about where to begin? If you’ve wondered how to choose activities or how to decide what to include in training this course is for you. You will complete a training design template that doubles as your course outline. You’ll determine which methods help learners retain and transfer information to the workplace. You’ll explore more than forty activities to engage learners in a meaningful way. You’ll practice facilitating learning modules and asking effective questions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Design interactive, engaging training.
  • List six ways to help learners master new skills.
  • Identify 40 training methods to engage learners.
  • Select activities for learning transfer.
  • Identify appropriate visual aids for a training program.
  • Manage difficult situations and behaviors in the classroom setting.

New trainers or seasoned trainers looking for a refresh, non-trainers tasked with training for the first time.
