Sitting on a Comma: Breaking Down What's Keeping You Stuck Virtual Workshop
February 24, 2022 • 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Sitting on a Comma™ helps individuals explore and assess the landscape of being stuck. In our jobs, projects, careers, goals and personal lives, we often find ourselves sitting on a comma™ and not knowing how to move forward. During this pandemic, Talent Development professionals, who support people in the workplace, are experiencing the effects of sitting on a comma™ in multiple ways.
Through the process of tuning in, decluttering and visualizing, participants learn how to become objective noticers of their comma. This process leads the way to exploring possibilities, creating motion and setting intentions for becoming unstuck and getting off the comma™.
Sitting on a Comma™ is a workshop designed specifically for you, as a professional and an individual. Many ATD sessions provide tools and expertise to be shared with others in the workplace. This tool is intended to support you and your needs, while you navigate the difficulties and challenges of your experience in the workplace and beyond. This tool is yours.
