Job Description and Duties

We are building a dynamic team of trainers and we want you to be a part of it.

We are looking for an experienced trainer or someone that has the qualities and desire to become a professional trainer. An ideal candidate is capable of creating a safe and collaborative classroom environment, has the knowledge of a variety of training modalities, the ability to develop programmatic curriculum, and has an understanding of adult learning theories.

An ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, have outstanding writing and communication skills, keen visual communication skills, and the ability to work productively with a team or independently. Creativity and the ability to bring a project from genesis to completion in a timely fashion is vital, including the ability to work productively and professionally, with internal and external subject matter experts.
