Senior Instructional Designer - Rancho Cordova, CA

Position Details

The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for leveraging adult learning principles to develop high-quality, high-impact training content in support of enterprise initiatives. They will also play a role in identifying employee training needs and in scoping and designing learning programs. Other responsibilities may include collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop content, including ensuring training aids/manuals/handbooks are maintained and functional, and coordinating logistics and record-keeping of training activities of eLearning content, instructor-led training content, and performance support materials including jobs aids and reference documents.

The ideal candidate can work effectively with key stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and levels; has superior organizational and project management skills; and demonstrates a high degree of initiative, good judgment, and can build trust and collaborate with cross-functional partners at multiple levels, while managing multiple projects.
