Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator - Rancho Cordova, CA

Position Details

This position will be responsible for consulting with the training team to promote the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support teaching and learning best practices. Develops, designs, and delivers various types of learning programs for supported line of business. Under general supervision, and on projects of broad scope and complexity, works collaboratively with peers, management and internal clients at all levels of the organization to conduct needs analysis. Identifies the best ways to support and influence short and long-term business objectives through blended adult learning strategies. Evaluates current processes and recommends and drives improvements. Provides an optimal learning experience that meets the technical and skill requirements of employees, vendors and business partners.
