Job Description and Duties

If so, consider applying to be part of CalPERS’ Leadership Development team within the Human Resources Division. We’re looking for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst who can contribute to the high impact and high visibility work we do to develop the leaders of today and tomorrow.

We’re a well-established team with a wide portfolio of offerings to manage, including: classroom training, mentoring, emerging leader program, and individualized training and development solutions. The new team member will help manage our current offerings and will also have the opportunity to dream up new ideas and see them through to implementation. This person will interact with leaders at all levels, from front-line to executive. They’ll work at a level that requires them to see the big picture and the entire system, but also execute details at the lowest level. They’ll get to know the needs of the organization and industry best practices and make recommendations to ensure leader developments offerings are bringing value to the organization.
