Associate Governmental Program Analyst - West Sacramento

Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Manager of DGS University (within the Office of Strategic Planning, Policy and Research (OSPPR)), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst supports training for DGS employees by developing training plans, coordinating the delivery of external training services, contributing to new course curriculum, delivering training, and utilizing learning management system (LMS) software to plan, deliver, and track DGS training initiatives. The incumbent performs assignments either independently, as a lead, or in a team environment, and may provide guidance to support staff, student assistants and retired annuitants. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
