The Trainer is primarily responsible for the delivery of live or virtual instructor-led training to Delta Dental employees. The Trainer will lead trainings on topics surrounding enterprise operations. They will also participate in other learning projects as assigned, examples of which include developing or maintaining content, consulting with internal clients, or developing and implementing new processes or programs.
