Please join us as we kickoff a new meetup created specifically for instructional designers, trainers, e-learning designers, developers, and anyone interested in knowing more about instructional design and the tools, methods, theories we all use, and application of ID in the workplace.

Scott Nipper will lead a weekly discussion and/or session on a topic of interest to attendees. The topics can be on anything ID related and can center around tools, concepts, theories, practice, application, idea generation - whatever YOU want.

The main idea is to have this be an interactive, participative forum where folks network, share ideas, tips, tricks, best known methods and we all learn from each other.  We will continually add and subtract ideas to make sure meetups are valuable to those attending.

Scott's goal is for everyone to leave each meeting with information that they can immediately apply to their projects back on the job.

It is suggested that you bring a laptop.

TOPIC: Since this is our first meeting, Scott will be interested to hear input from other members. Here's an agenda: *Introductions *Mission for this group *Topic Ideas *Current Challenges *Open discussion
