Is your organization facing change? Are you asked to provide training to deal with change? The modern corporate environment is one of ever changing priorities and goals within a fluid and dynamic workforce. Teams are coming together and breaking up at an ever increasing pace and people are expected to always look for new options and opportunities.

In recent years, many people have realized that the skills developed and used by people working in improvisational theatre are amongst the strongest in the areas needed by people in this new environment. Trainers and facilitators can dive into this huge array of exercises and games used by improvisers to expand and enrich their repertoire of experiential learning and review activities.

Join us at this train-the-trainer style event where participants actively engage in activities with the objective of being able to return to their own organizations and facilitate the activities that will enhance communication, inspire action, and develop listening skills and many other areas of focus.

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

  • Understand and explain some of the basic principles used in Improvisational Theatre and how these relate to principles in the modern business environment.
  • Incorporate a selection of the simple exercises from improvisation within a team building or other organizational development context.
  • Improvise.

All participants will receive a playbook of exercises, as well as a list of resources.
