In fact, too often we’re brought in late and asked to turn training around a dime. The perception that L&D “just delivers training” is a critical miss.

During this webinar, we will demonstrate:

• Why L&D is a key change agent during the change management process
• Change management competencies L&D can offer today
• How L&D can strengthen its influence and strategic support of change management
• How executive leadership can tap the L&D function to drive effective change management

About the Speaker:

Matthew Brown is vice president of learning and brand success at Schoox. During his more than 15 years in information technology, human resources, and L&D, he managed complex HR and IT Enterprise SaaS solutions, training initiatives, and program rollouts. Today he blends people, processes, and technology to better connect HR and talent development. In his free time, Matthew is active in his community and serves on the board of Limbs for Life foundation.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
