As the coronavirus situation continues to escalate, businesses around the world are making rapid decisions and talent professionals are expected to adapt quickly. Reflecting the growing and changing needs of talent development, ATD’s new Capability Model is here to serve as a blueprint for impact for all TD professionals, setting the standard for what they need to know and do to be successful. With the release of this new Capability Model, our ATD certifications, CPLP and APTD, are also adjusting to reflect these changes. Learn from three distinguished speakers on how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict.

Wei Wang is the senior director of ATD Global for the Association for Talent Development (ATD). In this capacity, she manages ATD global partners from more than 20 countries, develops and supports member convening and networking programs, and facilitates the exchange of knowledge among the global learning and development community. Her other role at ATD is manager of the association's global perspectives topic. In this role, she supports professionals around the world to share regional best practices, conducts global benchmarking, and discusses cross-cultural and global talent development issues. As director of credentialing for the Association for Talent Development, Morgean Hirt brings more than 25 years of nonprofit experience in personnel certification and accreditation across various professions. She has devoted her career to advancing professions through the establishment of industry standards. Hirt provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing credentialing programs, focusing on policy and standards development, test development, board and committee governance, program audits, strategic planning, and ANSI/ISO 17024 and NCCA accreditation.
Seema Nagrath Menon is an international speaker, ATD Master Facilitator, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach, and senior learning and development specialist based in Dubai. As a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP, now known as CPTD) and a qualified COTU-BPS (Levels A and B) from Cambridge University, she has been working internationally in leadership development, learning strategy, and instructional design for more than 20 years.
