The coronavirus pandemic has impacted all of us in profound ways. Many of us are wondering when, or if, we will return to “normal” at some point in 2020. We’re also wondering what the longer term impacts will be on our workplaces. As with most major societal disruptions, this pandemic will probably cause significant change that will last long after the initial shock. What will be the workplace impact on our use of technology? Will “social distancing” be the end of the open office? Will leaders be more caring and empathetic towards their employees?

In this virtual meeting, we’ll discuss the workplace changes that may occur and how, as OD professionals, we can help our clients and peers successfully navigate those changes.
