Learn and experience how to use photo cards to tap into your (or your participants’) inner wisdom!

In this hands-on workshop we will play “Ideal vs. Reality” using "The Coaching Game" by Points of You® to show how using visual cards can bring about deeper interpersonal connection, exploration, and insights when training or coaching. This game can be used with virtually any topic relevant to you and your participants, and in any type of session, whether it be a training workshop, an Agile retrospective, strategic planning, team building, or coaching session.

How does it work?

When our brains see an image, it tends to connect to our intuitive, creative right brain, while also stimulating emotions and memories from our limbic system. The words on the cards connect with our logical left-brain, and together The Coaching Game stimulates whole-brain processing. Whether using it with individual clients or with teams and groups, the experience for the players is powerful!

You will learn how to:

  • Use the game to spark greater creativity and bring out your client's intuition
  • Generate deeper exploration, create awareness, and design actions
  • Use what you learn in your own work through hands-on play with the game

Although we will use beautifully designed games from Points of You®, participants will learn a process that can be adapted to any sort of visual cards they may have.
