Please join us for an interesting and entertaining discussion about creating training with an understanding of people's core natures.

Allen Fahden, winner of the 2010 ASTD Sacramento's Trainer Throwdown, corporate trainer and former stand-up comic, maps out the core natures of your team, and how they can work for you or against you.

Mr Fahden will show you how these core natures go beyond personality, and beyond learning styles, to the basic ways people react to ideas.

Discover how to:

  • Identify your company’s early adopters, and learn to make change with little or no push-back

  • Sell your ideas 3 to 5 times more effectively when you know the person’s Core Nature

  • Use the four different training approaches that make your Creators, Advancers, Refiners and Executors respond best
