Continue to soar into 2018 by sharing tools, tips, and techniques with your ATD Sacramento learning community!

GIVE by sharing your 45-second tip or piece of advice with the group. It might be your favorite blog, the best app you found in 2017, a great book or article, or TED talk—anything practical that can help others. In return, we’ll collect and share with the entire ATD Sacramento community after the event.

This a great way to network, connect with other TD professionals, and LEARN while having fun. We will GIVE BACK by compiling a comprehensive national and local training trends packet. We will have a table with free books to TAKE.

Traditionally, this has been a packed event, so register early! There will be lots of pizza and salad; and, it’s our least expensive event of the year. Don’t miss it!

Katherine Adraktas
In 2015. Katherine and Becky Lunders started Capital Training.  She runs the business and serves as booking coordinator and manager for team members. Katherine has been a teacher, trainer, and administrator for more than 25 years. She enjoys writing programs and designing training and seeks to find different ways to reach attendees through humor, gamification, and storytelling.  Katherine enjoys collaborating with other trainers and spends as much time researching and updating curricula as she spends writing new programs. She is certified by ATD (American Society of Talent Development) and STC (Society for Technical Communication) to provide E-Instructional Design services and is looking forward to writing customized training programs online for clients.

My personal mission includes helping others to reach their full potential by learning, growing, and taking action.  ATD will allow me the opportunity to further that mission by collaborating with a team to provide ATD members with programs that will appeal to the diverse needs of the membership, allow members to immediately apply techniques learn for increased (personal and professional) productivity, address current and future trends in our industry that can be adapted for a wide variety of practical applications in the workplace.

Payment Policy: All payments must be received in full prior to attending an event or workshop.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
