Influence, Persuade, Nudge: Master the Science of Getting People to Take Action
Are you familiar with the concept of “Nudging”? You might know it from books like “Nudging, or Inside the Nudge Unit, or Predictably Irrational. One expert defines it as the science of getting people to take action and it can be used by training professionals to influence employees to do more of what is good for them and their organizations.

Format:This is an Interactive trainer’s workshop (discussion, table top work, and hands-on exercises). The workshop is strictly limited to 26 attendees. The workshop is expected to fill, so apply early.
Workshop leader is Bruce Winner
Bruce is a seasoned speaker and trainer in Northern California on topics such as using the behavioral sciences in training, innovative problem solving, decision making, and measuring the value of training. He has recently produced a new catalog of courses including Decision Making: The New Science of Making Better Decisions, The Science and Art of Motivation, Nudging, and several other workshops based on topics and findings from the behavioral and cognitive sciences.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made three (3) to five (5) calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event and no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Any unpaid balance due will remain according to the above guidelines. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
