Sr. Training Analyst - Sacramento, CA

Salary Range: $2,084.29 to $4,183.91 Biweekly

This position supports the patient care, teaching, research and public service mission of UC Davis Health (UCDH) by the commitment to provide development and enrichment opportunities for staff by serving as a UCDH expert in expanding employees' skill, knowledge and ability and thereby contributing to the well-being and success of individual staff members and UCDH.  The primary responsibility for the  incumbent will be to develop, design, deliver and evaluate classroom and individual/group training programs related-but not limited to- business practices, professional development and competency, supervisory and leader development, and customer service.  Other responsibilities include-but not limited to- classroom instruction,  learning management system support and/or backup, Staff Tuition for Education Program (STEP) processing, general office support and backup.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience training and leading large groups
• Experience building strategic relationships with key stake holders in a large organization
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of learning trends and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Experience developing and delivering content via an online platform
• Experience working in a health care organization
• Experience in curriculum development and/or instructional design

Special Requirements

This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
