Learning and Development Specialist - West Sacramento CA

The CalSTRS Human Resources Division is seeking a motivated individual to work as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Organizational Development Unit. 

It is the purpose of Human Resources to support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource—its PEOPLE. Human Resources is committed to building a successful and sustainable workforce of engaged employees.

The Organizational Development unit provides expertise and services regarding knowledge transfer and transitions, employee recognition, leadership development, onboarding, wellness, event planning, training and facilitation.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), Learning and Development Manager, this position will apply the fundamentals of adult learning principles to develop and deliver various training classes to CalSTRS employees and perform a variety of training-related activities.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The salary range for the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is: $5,149.00 - $6,446.00
