Job Description and Duties

The State Water Resources Control Board’s, Office of Research, Planning and Performance has an opening for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Training Office and Administrative Support Unit.  The position location is 1001 I Street, 13th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, and consistent with good customer service practices and the goals of the State and Regional Board’s Strategic Plan, the incumbent performs a wide range of consultative, analytical, and administrative staff services assignments such as planning and evaluation; summary analysis and recommendations, operations and logistics coordination. The incumbent is expected to be courteous and provide timely responses to internal/external customers, follow through on commitments, and to solicit and consider internal/external customer input when completing work assignments.

Candidates must possess essential personal qualifications including integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, the ability to work cooperatively with others, and the ability to perform the assigned duties of the class.
