The Training Center at CPS HR Consulting offers a comprehensive range of career development courses for both organizations and individuals.  Our courses are focused on the skills and knowledge that employees need to succeed in today’s public sector workplace.

CPS HR Consulting is hiring experienced professionals to teach skills and facilitate learning, to public sector employees on an as-scheduled basis.  Our current needs are listed below:

• Program Analysis and Evaluation
  
• Operational Excellence
  
• Lean Process Improvement
  
• Continuous Improvement
  

Classes are taught either at our location in Sacramento, or at client locations throughout California.  We work with our trainers to determine schedules, and our office handles the logistics of scheduling, and the printing of all materials.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, as appropriate, for the needs listed above.  Master’s degree preferred.  Experience in adult learning.

Demonstrated experience teaching adult learners or as a trainer.

Additional Information:

These are non-regular positions, where incumbents work intermittently, as needed, and scheduled.

Salary while teaching: $125 per hour.
