Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for developing and delivering training; analyzing data pertaining to workforce and organizational development; consulting with clients regarding performance and training issues; designing, conducting, and evaluating employee training programs; and performing effective meeting facilitation.
