Monica Eisel is a passionate catalyst for building exceptional leaders, helping achieve their full potential through training, coaching and strategic planning. She has been telling stories since she learned to talk. She has since combined her talent with her passion and profession and now teaches others how to become memorable communicators and connect to their audience's hearts and minds.

 

In her most recent role at a global technology company, Monica was responsible for helping the company’s leaders become memorable communicators and for connecting employees’ hearts and minds to the corporate direction and their role in the company’s success. 

 

Monica has helped large public and private organizations implement talent management strategies to align enterprise business needs with planning, hiring and development efforts.

 

Monica has also worked with Sacramento area non-profits to improve their performance with limited human resources by standardizing operations, leveraging stakeholder relationships, and improving outreach communications.

 

Monica has a diverse background in training and organizational development as well as deep communications experience, including expertise in communications strategy, leadership and internal marketing and campaign management.  She has held key roles in business group startups, training and development, software implementations, worldwide program management and technology product launches.

 

Monica’s experience includes state and local government, non-profit and private industry clients including high-tech, biotech and the banking industry.

 

A California native, Monica grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received her bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University on California’s north coast.  She currently lives in Fair Oaks, California.
