The State of Video
for Talent Development in 2020

Virtual Workshop

October 20, 2020 • 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

No one understands the video revolution more than the training and development professionals. There is no doubt that videos offer better engagement. Research by Forrester indicates that employees prefer watching video by 75% vs. reading emails or web articles.

Vbrick has partnered with ATD to conduct a survey of the ATD member community on how the use of video has evolved. Video has grown exponentially in the last several years as people move from the written word in favor of the more engaging format of video. Globally, video will be over 80% of all internet traffic (both business and consumer) by 2022, up 75% from 2017. At the same time, the workforce demographics are having major impact on how technology is used to communicate.
