Generational issues are a hot topic these days: executives ask how they can attract Millennials to their company, managers ask how they can retain Millennials, Millennials struggle to relate to their Baby Boomer colleagues, and HR departments are frequently being brought into the conversation to weigh in.

This session addresses all issues frequently associated with inter-generational dynamics including attraction, retention, interpersonal issues, marketing, and understanding by challenging conventional wisdom about generational differences.

  • Reflect on how you interact and communicate with people of other age-groups.
  • Deconstruct why we experience generational issues and how to avoid it.
  • Learn practical tips on how to understand different generations.
  • Gain tools to create inter-generational understanding with your clients/within your organization.
