This session addresses all issues frequently associated with inter-generational dynamics including attraction, retention, interpersonal issues, marketing, and understanding by challenging conventional wisdom about generational differences.
Jessica Kriegel is a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant for Oracle Corporation, where she acts as an adviser and strategist in matters of organizational development, change management and talent development. She is also CEO of In The Sac, a mobile app development company.
She is a professor in Human Resources Development and has a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Management with a specialization in Human Resources Development as well as an MBA in International Business. Her doctoral dissertation research focused on inter-generational dynamics and she speaks at national and international conferences on the topic frequently.
She sits on the board of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, The Sacramento Philharmonic and Opera, and the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Alumni Association. She was awarded the Sacramento Business Journal's 40 under 40 award in 2014 and Association of Talent Development "One to Watch" Award in 2015.
