This month I will assist attendees in designing and developing methods of evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

End-of-course assessments and surveys are the traditional method for evaluating training courses. Unfortunately, they are seriously flawed and fall way short of providing the information needed to demonstrate your training's value (and yours!) to the organization.

Join me for an hour of discussion on how you can increase the effectiveness of your training and start demonstrating the value of training and of YOU! I will follow the discussion with thirty minutes for questions and answers. 

I will be sharing forms and templates you can use immediately back on the job along with numerous tips that you can start using immediately.

I am Kirkpatrick Certified Bronze and have effectively used the methods and information I will share to surprising results.
