Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), Learning Programs Supervisor, this position will apply the fundamentals of adult learning principles to develop and deliver various training classes to CalSTRS employees and perform a variety of training-related activities.
The following education is required when general experience is used to qualify at any level: equivalent to graduation from college. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.) AND
