Your Function:

Rabobank, N.A. has an exciting opportunity for a Training Support Coordinator!  This position is administrative and will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and escalating all mandatory compliance e-Learning within the Learning Management System. It will include creating and tracking all internal and external training for the BSA/AML and Compliance department.  The role is responsible for executing upon request, reports for training details based on job specifics, category, date range or other outlined needs.  Responsibilities to include:

  • Supports best-in-class Training Administration and Development capabilities within assigned department and/or scope.
  • Responsible for tracking, monitoring and escalating as needed.
  • Learns and develops all tracking within the Learning Management System.  Applies company policies, procedures and best practices to manage accurate tracking, monitoring, updating and maintenance required. Functions as a key resource or subject matter resource for all report creation within the LMS system or other tracking tools used.
  • Handles the escalation process for incomplete training throughout the bank units.
  • Creates, and maintains reports as needed for compliance management, audit, OCC requests and more.
  • Assigns quarterly eLearning courses from specifics found on the Mandatory Learning Matrix.
  • Downloads content in accordance with ABA deployment of new, changed or enhancements to eLearning courses.
  • Manages maintenance of ABA content on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages and upload web based training in to LMS using Captivate Template.
  • Performs all other job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Your Profile:

Successful candidates will possess the following: 

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent with minimum of 4 years related experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems for managing tracking and reporting training curriculum.
  • Some bank compliance knowledge or understanding of regulatory requirements helpful.
  • Research and course design desired but not required. 
  • Working with Intuition Rubicon or Success Factors Learning Management Systems 
  • Strong experience in data tracking and report creating
  • Excellent knowledge with Excel and other Microsoft Software, Power Point
  • Visio Proficient with MS Office suite and Captivate Program.               
  • Ability to create clear report requests.
  • Ability to write and/or verbally communicate with senior management through the escalation process of incomplete mandatory training.
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills. High level of cooperation with others and is responsive to the Bank’s needs.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow clear instructions.
  • Ability to support and work within the Banks Learning Management System.
  • Analytical thinking, strong judgment and is a problem solver.
  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision at all times. 
  • Ability to comprehend compliance regulations as needed.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret Bank policies and procedures as needed.
  • Possess effective time management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to cope with pressure resulting from meeting required deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Exemplary motivation, enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Exhibit high degree of tact, discretion, and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive customer or employee information. 
  • Ability to travel between bank and customer locations and/or commute for training purposes - less than 25% of time.
